The NSCA Foundation National Safety Awards of Excellence are Australia’s longest running and independent awards, recognising outstanding Work Health and Safety initiatives. 30 Years in, these awards continue to celebrate organisations and people that actively promote workplace health and safety as a cornerstone of elite business performance.
The awards are open to any Australian operating business, organisation, and alliance or individual in the public or private sector, with a workplace health and safety initiative that complies with one of the ten categories.
You can submit your nomination up until midnight, Friday, 5 May 2023. A live announcement of finalists will occur on Wednesday, 5 July 2023 with all submissions will be notified of the status of their entry later that day.
Winners are announced at the National Safety Awards of Excellence Gala Dinner on Wednesday, 13 September 2023 at The Tivoli in Brisbane as part of the National Safety Conference.
Winners will also have their stories told nationally through NSCA Foundation’s National Safety magazine.
This year’s National Safety Awards of Excellence are being held at the iconic Tivoli Brisbane. Originally built as the Adams Bakery in 1917. Today, The Tivoli retains its stunning art deco features and old-world charm and is widely considered to be one of Australia’s most beautiful function and performance venues.
